For the first time, respondents to the Pulse Poll cite political challenges as the state’s top issue
Coloradans love their state for its natural beauty, outdoor activities, and sense of community, among many other attributes. However, a consistent, though slightly reordered, list of top concerns related to high costs of living and housing, as well as an overwhelming number of respondents citing government and politics as their top concern, punctuate the results of the Colorado Health Foundation’s annual Pulse Poll. A bipartisan team of researchers collected responses from 2,333 Coloradans between April 19 and May 18, 2025.
